Treo Pro vs Touch Diamond

Both made by HTC. From what I can find, the Treo Pro has a couple of limitations: smaller screen and and less RAM. Any other thoughts on these two phones? I like the idea of a hard keyboard right there in front without having to tilt or slide out a keyboard.

Re: Treo Pro vs Touch Diamond

i have the diamond. it's smaller and i prefer the onscreen keyboard. the only complaint i have is the 4gb storage. i can fit all the files i need in there, but it takes a little prioritization.

The 4 gigs is the only complaint I have heard. I don't have a ton of music or pictures, so I can probably deal with that.

How has your battery life been?

Re: Treo Pro vs Touch Diamond

I know its kind of out of topic...but if you are going palm, i would wait for the pre, the treo pro is just more of the same, the pre is at least different.

Re: Treo Pro vs Touch Diamond

I have had the Touch Diamond for a couple of months now and I just got a Treo Pro. I took a picture with the Touch Diamond and the same thing with the Treo Pro. The difference was night and day! The Touch Diamond's picture was crisp and in focus and the Treo Pro was not.

The Treo Pro camera was much faster to snap the shot but the quality is no where near as good.

Both phones are Sprint phones.

Re: Treo Pro vs Touch Diamond

If you are looking for a device you can customize to no end. And have more choices in apps, and your a power user get the Diamond. If you are looking for a stabile device without having to tweak it out of the box and wanting a better "phone", get the Treo
