Where can i find a comparison table of phone specifications?

I want to buy a mobile phone with a large memory or at least one that's sold with a memory card. please help if you know a website with an easy to use table that compares the specifications of phones. or if you know a cheap phone with a large memory of at least 512MB or more, that will help too
