Question Hmmm. Keep Mogul or switch to Pro!

Today I visited the Sprint store to find out what the big deal with the Touch Pro. The sales representative was so eager to show me the Pro. When I saw the Pro upclose, I was fascinated with the beauty of the phone and its sleekness. I wanted to know what the phone did that was different from the Mogul. At the beginning, I was excited because of the look and now that I have gotten over the exterior. The sales representative was not that informed and his description was dry. I was shocked because if you are so amp'd to show me something, I would expect you know something about the product. He continued struggling with his presentation of the phone and the description of features. I left the store with a dismal outlook of the phone.

I NEED YOUR HELP. Let me know why I should switch to the Pro, other than the fact that it has a shiny silver trim...lol!
