I wanted the Touch Pro since it came to the stores! I still want it! I just have to save a little bit of money first.
The touch pro as everyone stated above has a better resolution screen (VGA), Way better camera, ( better and pictures and way better videos (super clear)), Looks better, Lots of ram so no where near as much lag and freezes if there are any at all! Overall I think you should get it. It definately an upgrade!
