Re: Now that I can upgrade, should I?
That seems to be the what everyone agrees about here. Sprint did it right and VZ messed it up again.
I was hoping to upgrade to the Pro on Verizon, but now I think I won't even bother. Thanks for all of your help and input everyone. Now about that Omnia..... |

Re: Now that I can upgrade, should I?
I have the Omnia and the Verizon Touch Pro, my Omnia is sitting in the box and I use my Touch Pro.
Pros Piano black casing with matching battery cover. Great keyboard the keys are the biggest out of all of the Touch Pro's Its the thinest Touch Pro. It doesn't overheat like the Sprint Touch Pro. The body and keyboard are the tightest out of all the Touch Pros. Cons Lower ram then the other CDMA Touch Pros. |

Re: Now that I can upgrade, should I?
I run TF3D and it runs fine, i'm running the CFAY v.02 rom.
If you like flasing roms the HTC TP is gonna be a better choice since the Omnia doesn't have no custom roms yet. |

Re: Now that I can upgrade, should I?
If you've got the Vogue set up how you like it, my advice is to keep it and see what happens with Verizon. The Omnia looks good and only a matter of time before the cool tweaks start happening for it. I've got the Touch Pro with Sprint, but can't imagine it with half the ram, even with tweaks, roms, etc. You could get the Sprint Touch Pro as others have suggested and tweak it to work on Verizon, but isn't the merger with Alltel happening soon? And isn't their Touch Pro similar to Sprints? Not sure, going off of my memory here. I'd wait if you can (but understand if you can't, lol)
