Stream all channels on ur cable plan with orb using ur media center PC or ur pc tuner
Able to stream music, photo and almost any video format from your PC to your iPhone

does the op flash with cus. roms? lotta people here do, but many still dont feel comfortable doing that. the iphones capabilities increase if you d-bo it, but windows phones can do those things by adding applications in stock form. If hes not willing to take the iphone to the next level then i think hell miss his touch pro. id still miss my touch pro even if i did do that though.
jethro static - youre on these forums so youre probably a wmpower user too. youve stated what the iphone can do if hacked, but why not also tell the op what hed miss with wm since you use both. if u did n i missed it sorry lol

Picking the phone that suits U really depends on how are U gonna use it and what do U need to use it for.

Playing 1080p resolution on a 3.5 screen seems useless right? but that is not what we are trying to accomplish. We are trying to output it to an HDTV. Isn't that great? Here's the solution:

Eveyone tells him what the WM can do already. and prolly he knows it to. What happened is that people start saying Iphone cannot do this. Iphone cannot do that. SO what I did is tell him what else Iphone can do so he can have an unbiased answer.

There is one big reason and one alone to "hate" on the iPhone, a gorgeous device (although not perfect) and it seems like it's almost unfair to Apple to do so.

That reason is AT&T. Besides having service which is in reality no better than Sprint, and in some instances worse, they sold the American public down the river (they're not the only ones, but they're documented as being the worst) and they rape you on their rates.

For $50 plus tax with Sprint I get 1250 minutes a month (N&W of course free), unlimited data, Sprint TV and 500 texts. I would be paying double or more if I got myself a lovely iPhone on the evil AT&T network.

Maybe in 3 years or so if Apple quit being p---sies and let their device be on other networks I'll get the 4/5G iPhone. Until then, I'm pretty dang satisfied having another overall wonderful device, the Touch Pro, and paying a lot less to get more.

very true but because ur a power user of both, it would help to tell him what he might miss if he left the touch pro and what hed gain from the iphone. that's what he posted for and instead of hearing people from one side he can hear from someone who uses both and knows the pluses and minuses of either.

I'm glad people like U understand. I did not want to be 1 sided on both phones because they both are amazing. Like I said, It just depends on what ur needs are. my personal need is to have these amazing technologies to play with. LOL

Yes, but most people can't justify the cost of both phones. The point is, you claim to be unbiased, but your posts lean heavily in Apples direction. How about making a balanced list of where you feel the strengths/weaknesses of each platform are?

I said I never paid att. I just have the device to play with. And I also said, everyone is telling him the strengths of WM. And all Iphone's weaknesses. So I leaned towards Iphone to balance it.

at&t alone is enough to keep me with sprint phones. if i had money to spend id get the best of sprint and the best of at&t... so that's the touch pro from sprint and the... fuze from at&t? lol just playin
