If you have the money, do it. The only drawback I see is spending the extra cash because your patience is running thin. Let me know if you decide to get rid of the Mogul though, my bro is looking for one.

Re: Should I upgrade from Mogul to Treo 800w > HTC TOuch Pro
I was given a deal to get it for $450 in the Sprint Store, across the street. I don't qualify yet but she's letting me slide home with the deal.
Really looking forward to the RAM increase |

Never buy Treo 800. Wait for Diamond ou Diamond pro if you can wait more. Xperia X1 will be good too.

Yeah, deep down I ike the Touch Pro that much more & so I'm not gonna get the Treo...
*Sigh* I'm just tired of the Mogul now & my patience for more, wears thin... |

Re: Should I upgrade from Mogul to Treo 800w > HTC TOuch Pro
I actually decided to swap from the Mogul to the Touch today to save money. But I'm still within my 30 day period and wanted more RAM now plus the Touch is more than $200 cheaper than the Mogul was, so I got money credited back to me. I hope to find a good deal on the Touch Pro or Diamond (depending upon how much I might appreciate no keyboard) in a few months and then sell the Touch hopefully.... But we'll see. I might find I like the Touch just fine by then....
Anyway, though it seems late for advice to you, I'm glad to read you did not give in today as if you're going to upgrade in a month or two either way, why bother with the Treo now at all? Just hold out until what you really want is available. |

Come on brother, I know the anticipation is killing you but just flash a new rom er something to get your mind off the new toys. with any luck you'll have a bit of fun figuring out that different one then, before you know it (after a long wait) you'll be happy again with a new phone and a whole lotta new stuff to play with.. if not, just be mad at HTC or Sprint.
