First you'd better compare Dream vs Diamond since they both don't have a physical keyboard.

Then Diamond is a better choice since:
- It will be available next month in many countries.
- It has been rated as the best Windows Mobile Smartphone device by reviewers.
- HTC Dream does not exist right now and may be available only by the end of the year. At that future moment, other smartphones may be released too.

If you want a keyboard, the question is Diamond Pro vs Xperia X1
Diamond: Better resolution+better UI
Xperia: Better battery
They will be available later than the Diamond.

But depending of your country or your preferred carrier, none may be available to you.

If you want to buy a phone now, why don't you look for an HTC Touch +GPS upgrade at 0$ ?

GPS, WIFI, Web, Youtube, FM radio, WM6.1, 3.2Mp camera, push email, Touchflow3D will be out of the box.
Your carrier offers the other services. You should ask your carrier when they gonna release it.

Release date depends of your carrier/country. HTC Diamond is already available in Asia (GMS, so you can import) and will be available in Canada (Telus, CDMA version) in two weeks.

I don't know for Sprint TV, ask sprint.
But MobiTV is currently available for free with some tweeks on all PPC. Just search a bit for it. But i don't use it since it use too much of battery and bandwidth and put my account at risk to be labeled as abusive use.

Push email is a general word for softwares that send emails as they arrive to your phone on the road.
