This wesite also states wi-fi ability http://www.htc.com/www/product.aspx?id=362. Is that only a gsm thing also? I've read elsewhere that wi-fi in not available on the touch.

What about the half-***** touch keypad? Is there a full qwerty keypad option out there?

In the meantime, the Touch has 128mb of memory so you don't have to constantly play memory manager. This being opposed to the Mogul which will never have more than that pitiful 64mb.

Whoa Whoa horsey i wouldnt go throwing curve balls like that..there are MANY who prefer the mogul over the touch for a HANDFUL of reasons, and vice versa. It all depends on what fits him best. Me personally? im a diehard moguler all day!! Why? keyboard, better screen, wifi, flash, more hard keys, bigger battery, the list goes on. Not to say the touch isnt a good phone, ITS AN EXCELLENT PHONE!!! the mogul just SUITS MY NEEDS BETTER!!!

Hey success. What do you mean by flash?

The Mogul would have suited me better, too, if it had been at least as useful as the T-Mobile MDA, but they saddled last year's technology with this year's OS and threw in some intentional crippling for good measure which pretty much ruined it. You shouldn't have to do memory management on a phone, ever, and while I might be a power user, I refuse to be a slave to technology. I also bought all that stuff about the keyboard and wifi, too, until I actually used the Touch for a few days. I had the Mogul for six months but tossed it after a week with the Touch. There was no comparison.

It really does depend on the what the users needs are...I have navigation/GPS/DVD/MP3 in one system in my car and an mp3 player for the gym so I don't necessarily need all that from my phone..those are just pluses for me.

I need my phone/email first, entertainment second. I always found it funny how people expect so much from 1 device, especially a cell phone. But to each their own.

With all that said, I'm on my 2nd Touch, 1st one was freezing up on incoming calls. If that continues I'm done with WM, I can't keep missing calls.

I was in your same shoes too.Luckily I had the chance to play with both for 1 month each. First month was with the , second month was with a Touch. Winner was the Touch. Why? More Memory was the deal sealer.Moguls 25megs of available ram, is just not enough. Progeams crash and camera never opens when you need it because of the low ram.

To be honest, I bought a Touch because I wasn't going to pay an ETF on all the Sprint lines because they screwed me over the Mogul. My favorite phone is a Blackberry 8800 from Vodafone. It's fast, it's easy, it does what RIM advertised it to do, the GPS worked right out of the box and the apps are java so Google Maps and Opera Mini work just fine. When Sling releases Slingplayer for it, there's a good change I'll toss the Touch, too. No more HTC for me. If a vendor that doesn't have it's collective head up it's collective *** decides to release a decent WM phone some day I'll take a look, but until then, screw it.

I agree with Success, 100%. I think each phone is geared towards certain groups of people. For business the Mogul works great for me, it is great for reviewing documents or respond to an email, or answer a call, but that is me perosonally (will not respond to any flames). Now, with that being said, if a touch comes out with a full slide out keyboard and wifi I would think about getting it. Right now, I am lovin my Mogul, (knocks on wood) I have not had any issuse yet with it, GPS and RevA rock on the Mogul, (Turbo GPS is really cool).
