well I don't like Sense UI at all so the first thing I'd do with an Evo is flash a non-sense ROM

I like sense, but switched to the plain Android Launcher once for a few days, although that was removed with the update. And I hate third party launchers. So, next time I get bored, or if sense ever acts up (haven't experienced it yet) then I will probably root, they just ask you to root by doing stuff like this.
