It has twice the RAM but I rarely notice any issues on the Mogul because of the built-in x-button app which closes programs when you "X" out of them.

Wifi is most definitely not a "sugar pill" because there is not much cooler than using WMWiFiRouter to access those great EVDO speeds with your laptop or your friends' laptops. I don't use WiFi for browsing on the Mogul but I most certainly use it to provide a hotspot for my laptop.

Add in the additions of GPS and Rev. A on the new ROM and the Mogul is really the more functional of the two. 64mb more RAM isn't enough for me to give up my QWERTY, GPS, Rev. A, WMWiFi, etc.
