I am currently using a TP1 and I have to admit, performance is subpar given the specs. I was using a Vogue with 128mhz and 64mb less, and it was much more responsive and generally performed better.

I would love to have a HD2 in my future but I used my upgrade less than a year ago.

A lot of the difference is the ROM too.
