Pocket Express causing the phone to freeze

I am having issues with Pocket express freezing the phone.

Whats been happening is that as soon as i install pocket express from the programs menu, it asks to install an available update, i download the update install it and then in today menu, add pocket express to the screen......the phone freezes immediately.

I have had 4 phone exchanges from the sprint store and they have no clue why this is happening...i am coming from a touch pro ( 4 exchanges ) to a treo pro ( on my 5th phone ).

Anyone else having the same issue, kindly share. Thanx

Never heard of this. Are you running the newest version of Pocket Express? Version 5.0.57 is what I am using.

i experienced this...right after the update(which im not so crazy about... it looks kinda cheesy, IMO, but neways)..after a soft reset or two...and after PE finally updated all the categories, all is well now. just wait it out...c if performance improves
