GSM Treo Pro File Needed

All,
I am looking for a file from the GSM Treo Pro, I am trying to find "KeyGuardUI.dll" it would be in the \Windows directory. If anyone can send me a copy of this it'd be appreciated. Also If you can confirm a couple of things, when you have keyguard disabled if you press the end key it does not lock the screen with keyguard, correct?

if i disable the keygard and then hit the power button it locks the screen

i tried to upload a zip with the dll but couldnt from the phone. if u pm your address i'll mail it to u
