Help please treo 850 pro

Hello, I am a sprint customer ive had the treo pro since its release. Ive had many issues with my device this past month and Sprint has sent out one replacement treo pro that arrived defective and then sent out another but it was the wrong model. Now they are saying that the only way they can replace my current phone that works when it wants to is if it cannot be repaired or the OS in the phone is corrupt. Does anybody know something that can be done to make my phone crash or something of that nature. Thats the only way they can help me they said and this came from a sprint executive in their corporate offices. otherwise im stuck with this phone that has a mind of its own...PLEASE HELP ME

If it's guaranteed, start deleting some dll's like crazy, and when they want to 'hard reset' your phone -- say its not working, it just boots as normal

Re: Help please treo 850 pro

What do you mean by wrong model? Which model do you have now?
