BIGGER contact pics on imcoming calls

anyone have a hack/cab/app that can make the contact pics bigger or even full screen when reciving a incoming call.... the contact pics be soo small its barely no point to assigning any!! lol pleasee help thanks!!

I use Resco contact manager, it makes the picture caller id fullscreen.

Larger text size would be nice. The text size adjustment under the screen settings doesn't seem to have any effect on the incoming calls screen.

I tried that application and liked it except for the tiny text size. Any way to increase the size?
