how do you turn the screen save back on?

after 30 sec usually the screens goes blank except for the floating time and missed call icons.

but for some reason when i turn off screen it is blank or it just dims by it self.

i can find option to enable the screen saver, it seems to have been disabled...
help thanks

edit: nvm i found it in battery settings

Settings | Power, then go to the Screen Saver tab at the bottom.
