Diamond Tweak or similar on Treo Pro

I'm coming from a Sprint Touch Pro, and really loved the program Diamond Tweak. It allowed me to change multiple settings, such as how long a data connection would stay active, bluetooth bitpool, startup animation, startup sound, etc. Is there anything similar for the Treo Pro, or has anyone used Diamond Tweak on the Treo Pro?
