On-topic, I do notice mine does it every once in a while at night. I don't have G-Alarm though, when it does happen, I'll wake up and the only way I can get it going again is with a soft-reset.

Mine came on at 12am haha. My touch pro did it to so I am convinced mine is because of G-alarm. But maybe it is something else. Glad it doesn't freeze!
