Odd Internet Issue

I am having this odd internet issue...

Internet works fine....but when I get a call, the internet will disconnect...in know this is normal, but then it will not re-connect after the call...I get a message that says it can not connect and the only way I have found to get it to work again is to reboot the phone...

Am I missing something here....I did a search but did not find anything that seemed to match.

Any ideas?
