restoring efs to treo pro.

i was messing around with my phone and somehow am unable to access the ESF using QPST
and every other app. i was able to do it before but now it does not show up. does any one know how to restore it?
i'm thinking i have to reinstall the firmware (not the software the firmware "1.11.30F") to the phone
to get it back. i've tried a hard reset, reloading 1.04 and nothing is working.

any help is appreciated.
