99.9% are refurbs, even though they say otherwise.

you cant get a new retail phone for the eBay price, the market is driven down wayy to much. (there are no laws against selling refurbs as new on the internet, and ebay turns its head)

...isnt this the point of ebay?
People who buy from there and are not completely oblivious people will know that there's a slight risk in buying off eBay. The savvy ones know what to look for also, so its not that serious...its an online marketplace, for a reason.

AAANYWAYS, NOONE has any input as to what the advantage of 1.04 is?
fix the radio issues? better signal, stronger battery? anything?
