pic notification messing up

is this happening to anyone?... i keep on gettting these pic/video notifications but it takes for ever to download. it keep saying error until like the 5th time i retry it finally downloads

i can not get picture mail at all... when a pic is trying to come through it is telling me I do not have enough memory to open the picture but I do not have any window programs open... anyone experience this?

any help on this, my wife told me hers was doing this also. I tried changing the settings from automatic to manual and tried using wifi and couldn't get it to download.
