I'm having a problem with the rar file. I've tried twice and keep getting an error while trying to open it.

"The archive is either in an unknown format or damaged."

I'm actually looking to get an OEM from this, but if anyone else tries to download their not going to be able to open it.

didnt even look after i posted that for results. I got really busy with a new job, so sorry about that guys. here i re-uploaded a new version of the rar to my own server, let me know if there are still issues with this one, i might try a different type of compression or something, idk.

I flashed my phone to WinMo 6.5.1 and didn't like it, and somehow lost my backup to the Alltel WinMo 6.1... I'm now on Sprint WinMo 6.1. Is there any way I can use the Alltel rom dump to get back to the original Alltel software?
