I can verify that wmwifirouter v1.25 works perfectly on the Treo Pro

i havent, but i have come across a few ppl that have, i can tell u that 1.5Gb of overage will cost you about $76

Tethering isn't included on the unlimited data. That said, WMWIFIROUTER is supposed to avoid that.
