My quest for a better than stock ROM

Update 12/30
Build: BigE Rom 23511 v 1.2

Pros:
Titanium Weather works. I added my zip, save and full update and my weather is current. Awesome.

Cons:
I lose the icon for Portable devices in My Computer and can't access the memory of the phone.
Apps don't close when you press X.
No way to see the task manager from the homepage (That I know of).

Update 12/31
BigE Rom 21884 V 1.1

I am going to go back to this ROM so X will close apps, I can have my start button up top and also have a task manager.

Update 01/04/2009
BigE Rom 21884 V 1.1

My phone stopped ringing. Everything else will ring. Text, Email. But I really need the phone next ROM I will try is the CFAY_Treo_Pro_CLEAN_1.0

Update 01/05/2009
I checked out the CFAY ROM and it is clean. It appears to be the stock rom with no crap. I do want some features so I went back to Build: BigE Rom 23511 v 1.2
The first thing I did with this ROM was set the Push Side button to run the e-Natives Showcase Software so I could close apps completely. The only bugs I remember with this build was a problem with changing themes. I would lose the buttons between the windows icon and the X on the bottom of the screen. I knew they were there because if I clicked in the black area between where the keyboard icon and x were I would get the menu to fire up.

Maybe someone can reply with their favorite build.

Why don't all ROM builders include the soft reset app or am I missing it somewhere. It seems like I have to manually add it. OR maybe I am missing some built in shortcut because I can't imagine everyone disconnects their battery every time they want to reset.
