.net update

How do i update the .net framework? a few of the applications i have downloaded state i need a newer version of the .net framework to run the application. any help would be greatly appreciated.

i did the update this morning.lol
microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=1343d537-a62f-4a6e-9727-7791bf4cc2bd&displaylang=en just follow this web page and conect your fonr to ur computer and just run the program. it will install on your phone when you run it.
