Picture mail

How can I send picture mail on my Treo 800 to another phone? I can send them via e-mail but that isn't what I always want.

also if you go to the internet browser and on the sprint powerdeck page open shop for games and applications. Then if you go down to free/demo you will see the picture mail application.
