How to archive threaded SMS on 800W?

Okay, I am getting somewhat frustrated here. I have a SMS message thread that I really need to keep archived. I have tried several third party apps, nothing seems to do what I want. Grrrrr

Jeyo Mobile Extender for Outlook seems really slick, but it does not appear to work with WM 6.1 Pro with the new threaded SMS (from what I can tell).

This seems to be pretty common in the various third-party apps I have tried... I am assuming because this threading feature is fairly new and perhaps not yet well supported, perhaps?

Are there any success stories here?

I am not afraid to go for the hack-and-slash approach if I could just get a little guidance. I may be new to smart phones, but not computers!
