PDF Viewer not opening PDF? - Page 2

yeah i know , its weird .. but it opens up on my cuszins MAC ? is there anyway i could reconvert it or something like make Word oopen it up or something ? im just loooking to be able to view it on my phone while actually doing the projekt

I tried opening it in a web browser and in Word and all it get is "No such resource, or resource expired"
