Delivery Report Pending (Text Message ) ?

I have been noticing that in my text messages when i send a message and click on the paragraph i come to a screen that displays the text alone and the callback and status .. is this something that i should be worried about , or does this mean that person who i sent the text hasn't recivied the text yet ?

It means that you have requested a sms receipt. You can turn that off by openning your sms application, hit menu/options/notifications. Change to never to turn it off.
