You might wanna head over to the Touch Pro forum and check there. I can't see Sprint leaving out features between different devices. Check for an update to the software, thats what I did when I noticed the extra options available.

I personally like the built in palm one.(ok the you have to install a cab) I never had any luck with the other. they would either time out not send. but that was on treo pro

I have both, i think Sprint picture mail is a lot of faster but then sMMS got some usefull features, anyways i keep both.

I use sMMS...

I tried the picturemail, just to clunky, IMO.

sMMS also can save messages, and provides me the opportunity to skin the program to match my current phone style.

I assume you mean uploading to networking sites. If so, that is odd that the function doesn't appear for you. It is all Sprint Picture Mail, so they should be the same.
1. Make sure you are opening the program from your programs folder entitled, "Configure Picture Mail"
2. Then choose, "Tap to Add"
3. Make sure the correct networking sites are checked
4. Choose continue
5. Go to a picture and click the softtouch "Menu"
6. Choose "send to your space"

If you can't find any other help try this app for uploading to
Facebook.

SMMS all the way! Had it since the beginning when Sprint could care less about winmob and picture mail. They came out with their version after the customers made a big flap.

I've noticed that with sMMS i can send GIF images and with picture mail i cant...

I've downloaded the Sprint pic mail download and it sucks! I done many things to get it to work but nothing. So I'm sticking with sMms because it is just that awesome and works everytime!

I much prefer sMMS over the Sprint Picture Mail app.
