I have a quick question for you cjmedina what kind of internet connection are you using on your computer?I notice that when try to send the msl # my wireless card gets disconected from the internet and the QPST server also, that might be the reason iam not getting thru, wonder, if i dont use my wireless card and connect directly to a usb or ethernet cable might dont loose my connection. There are two lock codes on is a one time Master Subsidy lock and the Other Is The Alternate MSL try getting the other one to see

Tried both still the same problem, iam going to try from a direfent internet connection, i have the feeling that has something to do with it, i keep loosing my wireless connection when trying to send the MSL. Thanks
