i tried it noticed a slight difference in the ear piece volume not really in the speaker phone or ringtone

I've followed step by step instructions, but i get to a point where i cant go any further, when i click on "Read from phone" button to enter msl # it i get an incorrect msl message, iam sure is the right msl i use it all the time, i even call sprint to get it just to make sure but still gettin this messages, did any of you guys had this problem? Just curious? Thanks in advance..

I haven't heard of any problems like that. You may want to check the thread I linked to and post there to see if anyone else has ran into that.

There are two lock codes on is a one time Master Subsidy lock and the Other Is The Alternate MSL try getting the other one to see

Tried both still the same problem, iam going to try from a direfent internet connection, i have the feeling that has something to do with it, i keep loosing my wireless connection when trying to send the MSL. Thanks
