Screen Froze at palm load up help please

ok so like i was putting mozilla firefox moble on my treo 800w and my phone started acting retared so i try to soft reset it and it froze about half during the loading of the palm screen so then i tried to Hard reset it and it load all the way up but never gave the message ( do you want to retore to factory use) and when the loading bar reached the end it just went to a blue screen next with 10 with dots on the top left side. So can anyway out there help me with this problem please?????? Thanks

Try another hard reset. It could that you might not have held down the End key long enough. Make sure you have steady pressure on the end key while you insert the battery. I have done this before.

Mozilla firefox mobile? are you talking about fennick or the really old firefox mobile? as far as I knew fennick isn't out yet for windows mobile so I'm assuming you're using the really old firefox mobile. i wouldn't use that simply because there's so many other browsers that are currently being updated and work better.

dannz, you read my mind perfect on that one. Dang, I thought I missed out on the Fenneck release, whoa, that was close. But kingston, if you can't get past the Palm boot screen after the previous suggestions don't work out for you, replace the phone. Have you had it for more than 30 days?
