Appointments not syncing from PC to PPC

I just added a bunch of appointments to my Calendar in Outlook 2007, and they won't add themselves to my Treo 800's calendar. Tried searching, didn't find anything on it...maybe my search-fu isn't strong?

I can add appointments to my phone and they show up on my Outlook calendar without a problem.

Any ideas?

I also have been plagues with issues with Office 2007 and syncing...mine gets stuck in a loop and adds blank entries to phonebook at the rate of about 50 per minute. If anyone has any ideas on this it would be appreciated.

Calendar issue: What kind of server are you using for email? Does your email default to a personal folder in Outlook?

Contact issue: You may want to delete the sync partnership and reconfigure the sync settings.
