Treo 800w has been giving me problems.. Diamond??

So my phone has been having a ton of problems... not charging right... settings going back to default all the damn time... so on and so forth..

So I have used the treo 700wx and now this and I am just about ready to go to something else.. I love the keyboard and the cut and paste and all the other features that makes the phone a Treo but I am sick of having my text message tone go back to default all the time!

So what do you guys think I should do. I already had the first one replaced and this one is doing the same damn thing.

Please help!

well, theres a couple ?'s...do u have da usbupdate cab???sorry if u feelm deez ?'s r dumb...but when t-shooting, u gota start from da bottom then work up..u edit da sms notifications or what?? all else failed??? hard reset, yo

dunno about those problems u been havin since mine never did that. but i think its a mistake going to the diamond, thats my opinion. stick with it and fix it.

so everyone thinks I should just stay with the treo? does anyone have any reasons?

my reasons are

1. its got buttons and a touchscreen
2. fast, really fast
3. keyboard is big
4. doesnt easily scratch
5. has an expansion slot.
6. palm is an american company, maybe it still is.

lol..on da Palm being american thing a reason to consider buying or using one..being that so many products used by americans aren't made here
