Sprint TV -- how can I reinstall it?

I'm having quite a bit of trouble with Sprint TV. A couple of channels work, and some others display a round turning rainbow, before returning to the channel guide with no error message. I believe something got corrupted. I'd like to reinstall just the app but cannot find a CAB for it, other than one apparently written for a different phone. I've tried searching on this site but the search function won't deal with terms under four characters.

I'd greatly appreciate it if someone has a link to a CAB for Sprint TV for the 800w.

How about a hard reset? It will restore all the original apps.

Thanks. I would do a hard reset but then my Sprite restore would probably overwrite the reinstalled app, wouldn't it? Unless there's a way to skip Sprint TV in the restore.

I do not know of a way to skip installing any apps using Sprite. What I have done, after some trial and error, is create a back up with everything working the way I want it and store it on my computer. I then let Sprite do its scheduled backups. I also do a back up before I install any app just in case it causes an issue.

My suggestion is:
1. Hard reset.
2. Install your apps and configure them;
3 Make sure everything is working
4. Back up and store somewhere other than the sd card.

I know this may seem like a pain to do but in the long run it will save you from having to go through this again.
