This may be a hijack of this thread, but it is related to the title. About a month ago, I d/l'd the Palm WM6 upgrade to my VZW 700WX. Everything is great, EXCEPT I don't have MMS capability any longer. I installed ArcSoft and I was able to configure per GaMedic's posts, but still no go. Have not tried sending, but cannot receive. Is ArcSoft designed specifically for the Titan? If so, what is the MMS soulution for Treos?

my only problem with smms is that it SLOWWWWWWs my phone down bad, and I can't get no sound to work when i get a pic with embedded sound files!! I paid the 5 buck donation, and that wasn't the problem, I do like the interface, just slow! Maybe if someone here has sound with their pics they can let me in on how to do it, the settings aren't very elaborate!

Sprint released a picture mail application available for the Treo800w. Go to programs>Software Store>Free/ Demo. There is a link to download the app. I tried uploading the file to this message and hope it worked.

hrmmm...are you sure its sMMS thats slowing your phone down? I've been using for quite some time and haven't noticed any sluggishness since I installed it.

Sorry, can't help with the sound-in-pic problem, never received one before.

I downloaded and installed the .cab file and do not see any difference, there is no option in the messaging to atttach a picture file and the send option when displaying a pic still only lets you attach it to an e-mail. How do I select ticture/text after installing the file?

What did you install? sMMS or Sprint Picture Mail?

if u still experiencing those problems, after u install sprint cab...it shud ask u to "tap to add"..u can add ur online album, if u want...then try to send one to ur self for starters....HOWEVER..when i used sMMS, i noticed that it only allowed u to send 1 pic at a time...unless im missed sumthin...but when i got da sprint joint..but wait..attach??? on sprint u just turn on da camera, take da pict, send it to a destination...no need to attach..hey clarifying what u mean by that to for me, k? now, my 800w sends picts just like on my LG 225...thats right peepl..LG 225 and loved it!!! no data voice or text prollems, ever!! had da phone from like 05 til last year(the original device 2
