Not sure if this is the same issue but are you using Agendus? I had the same problem and what fixed it for me was to list the contact information in the last name, first name format.
What was happening to me was I had multiple phone numbers set up for a contact and it would not recognize all of them unless I used the last name, first name format. I initially thought it was an Agendus problem but it may be an Outlook problem. Last edited by Chimmer; 09-26-2008 at 01:03 PM. |
