Stretch Wallpaper

Forgive me if this has been answered before, but I searched the forums and couldn't find an answer. Is it possible to have an image that isn't 320x320 as your background and have it stretched to that resolution? I know it would be distorted, but it's better than having blank space to the sides of it.

try a program on your computer called irfanview, you can adjust the size of any image and try to sharpen it so that it looks as good as it possibly can, then click and drag it to the phones images.

I use GIMP http://www.gimp.org/ to alter pics for use on my 800w.
