Text messages freezing phone

So I have a problem, and I was wondering if anyone else can replicate it for me. Anytime I try to send / reply to a text message and the person's name is 4 letters, the phone freezes before sending, and I have to remove the battery.......can someone test this for me? Try creating a contact with the name Kala, or Dave, etc. and send a new text message to that person.

I don't have this issue with anyone with four letters in their name. Have you tried adding another letter to their name?

How many Dave you have in your contact? Also does the phone sometimes freeze during typing? Do you use the word completion option? It could be caused by overly full stored entries. Try clearing the stored entry in Start, Setting, Input, Word Completion and tap the clear stored input button.
