Headphones not working

Anybody else has problems with their headphones? I was using the included headphones (since it's illegal in my state to talk on phone w/o one while driving) & it stopped working. Ppl can hear you but you can't hear them. I did a hard reset this morning & it worked again....until 10 mins ago. I don't know if this is a software issue or hardware. I'm assuming software since the microusb works for me to charge the phone. Somebody know?

Re: Headphones not working

My 800wx didn't come with any included headset, not even an adapter.

Re: Headphones not working

Ran into the same problems (see my earlier post - pasted in below). Now using Bluetooth headset - sweet!

1. Connection disappears. One minute, I'm surfing the web or making a call, the next minute, I've got no connection. And it doesn't happen consistently in one place (e.g., it's not a dead zone problem). It's random.

2. Headset that comes with the phone sometimes works, and sometimes doesn't work. It's as if it doesn't "see" the device once I've got it plugged into my phone.

Extra programs I've installed:
OggSync 4.19.2
