HTC Home Plug

I'm going to get a 800w soon but I LOVE the HTC home plug. Is there any way to get it to work? I know it's been done on the 700wx but will the change in resolution break that method?

Thanks.

Re: HTC Home Plug

you can download the VGA version however any homeplug changes the way the hard buttons work in the front, the green call button stops working and the active call screen goes away. but it works

Re: HTC Home Plug

The SMS counter does not work though, unless you use Hannip's hack to revert back to using the standard WM6.1 threaded messaging instead of Palm's.

Re: HTC Home Plug

I tried the home plug on the treo 800 and the phone completely froze. The only way to turn the phone on was to take out the battery and then replace it for automatic start up none of the buttons worked and the phone was stuck on the today screen, had to call sprint then had to perform a hard reset which erased everything on the phone (restored to the factory settings), lucky for me i had already synced everything to my pc and saved everything else to my memory card.
