palm treo 755p flashed to cricket. internet problems

k i got a 755p. it is fully flashed to cricket and the internet is supposed to work but i think my settings are screwed up. here r my settings.
user name- "mynumber"@mycricket.com
password-the one i made at mycricket.com
there is a box that says mobile ip and it is NOT checked
ip address automatic is checked and query dns is cheked.
if i check the mobile ip box it lets me custom input a primary and secondary HA with a HA password.

should i have a HA inserted or should i leave the mobile ip box unchecked?
should i insert my own dns settings or should i leave it checked 4 query?
should i insert a custom ip address?
any help would be appreciated!!!!

I have found that method #2 in his tutorial works best for me.
