Press and hold the OK button. Tap on Stop All... this should shut down all running programs in the background... If the issue still persist, try doing a soft reset then perform another activesync with your computer. Open the mini-SD slot at the side, then press the reset button there with your stylus. You should see a small hole under the mini-SD slot.... Hope this helps!
