Ring Volume

I am partially deaf, so the reduction in Ring Volume from the T650 to is significant. I have seen Loud Ringtones offered, but they do not really sound loud enough for me. Does anyone know of a way/hack where I can increase the actual ring volume? I know that in the Palm OS world, there is Volumecare, is there something similar in the Windows Mobile 5 world?

Don't know any myself. But you can change the ringtone to a MP3 and that would improve the situation I think.

Hit the volume up, and make sure the meters are BOTH all the way up. Then go into Windows Media Player, and make sure the volume THERE is at 100% too. Then tell me if the volume has improved.

My ringer is VERY loud, with mp3's

Try Converting MP3 Files

Hi! Mine's pretty loud also. But you can try to improve the quality of your MP3's by recording them and change the settings or quality of the output. That's what I did with my MP3's. You can search for recording or converter apps on the net or on this site. Then, record the file and just adjust the EQ, frequency, etc of the output.

Hope this helped...
