There's a link on the first post to a separate date today plugin that can be used since hidelogo stops the default one from working.

ya it links to a spanish plugin.. and when I installed it it appears as null-characters.
am I missing something obvious or what?
.. I apologize for my ignorance.. I had to take my battery out for that to work. Is there an easier way to turn the phone off? When I hold the red button it just disconnected from sprint but doesn't power down.

I'd recommend you read the user's guide of your device before attempting anything else.

To soft reset (reboot) your device, push the small button at the bottom of it with the stylus. Or install an application that can do it from a software level... SK Tools, MemMaid, iLauncher, etc.

in my mind reset != reboot hence my confusion.

I was really hoping to use this app however, I get stuck in a reboot loop once I have it installed. I am using the WM6 ROM by Helmi. Is anyone else having this problem? Even after a hard reset, if I install hidelogo and reboot I have this issue.

This app is designed specifically for the Treoo 700w/wxm I assume you have an Apache, so you should not be using this app.

Make sure you do two things:

1. Disable today plugin timeout.

2. Install phonealarm/Phone suite etc in phone memory and you would be fine.

Hi:
Will this work with Treo 750? When I installed it, everything on Today screen dissappeared, except the At&t logo. Also, system started locking up severely.

You need a phoneAlarm skin that includes the date.
