700wx factory settings
Is there any one or something that can help me with restoring original factory setting. Meaning before the phone was even activated. LET ME KNOW!

This worked for me.
1) remove your battery cover and with your stylus do a soft reset while holding down your power off button (RED PHONE) 2) it will ask you to press up on your directional pad to reset to factory settings.
