I have it, but can't figure out how to upload. I click browse, select the file, then click add attachment and it disappears. I have it in a zip file ready to go

it's probably to big. You have a 1mb upload limit here and if you look at the top of the screen after an attempt, it should give you the reason.

No need to host a file that is easily found on the 'net

It's 244kb, it says "extension cab is not allowed"

It's in a zip, I don't know why it says The Extension cab is not allowed. I also tried uploading it in rar and get "The Extension rar is not allowed"

rar's are definitely not allowed, so that's normal.

not sure about the zip/cab issue, though I know I can't drag a cab into a zip b/c Winzip treats 'em like zips. you sure what you are uploading has the extension .zip on it?
